This is true and happened just a few months ago -- April 27.

Do NOT pick up any plastic bottles in your yard, in your mailbox, etc.,
with liquid in them and the cap still on. Please read this and then
click the Snopes link for more info and to watch their video! Please be
careful.

People are finding plastic bottles, just waiting for someone to
pick them up intending to put 'em in the trash. But, they'll never make
it! It only takes about 30 seconds for the bomb to explode after you
move the bottle.

The bomb is a plastic bottle with a cap, containing a little
Drano, a little water, and a small piece of tin foil. Disturb it by
moving it; and BOOM! No fingers left and other serious effects to your

The user must be an administrator to run this tool. This tool will not run on any version of Windows 98, Windows ME, or Windows NT 4.0.
